Job Title: Administrative Analyst- Part Time- Atlanta
Pay Grade: TPW
Job Summary:
This position is under the Sexual Offender Risk Review Board.
Job summary
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Investigative Analysts,
Clinical Evaluators, and upper management. These duties include but are not limited to
retrieving and summarizing criminal history, collection of necessary documents for upload to the
SORRB database, assisting with research data collection, and data entry.
Summary of essential job functions
Review and written summarization of an offender’s criminal history. Pull necessary documents
from other agency databases that are needed for risk assessments. Data entry to the SORRB
database. Assist upper management where needed. Work remotely and in the office when
needed.
Minimum requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years’ clerical experience. Experience working
remotely and have the space available at home to telework. Ability to come to the office as
often as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft
Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills in database management and
publication, with good knowledge of google programs.
