Structures Supervisor - 165 AW/CE Garden City
This position is part of the maintenance team for the Civil Engineering Squadron of the Georgia Air National Guard's 165th Airlift Wing in Garden City, Georgia.
Under the general supervision of the State Maintenance Manager, this position is a working maintenance supervisor who will provide oversight and supervision to the structures maintenance personnel. The Structures Supervisor will provide structural maintenance and repair to facilities and associated equipment.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains facility structural systems to include interior and exterior walls, roofing systems, entry and exit doors and hardware, ceiling structures (sheetrock and drop), fencing, gates, keys, and work with leadership to develop projects and set work priorities.
- Assists in the management of the preventative maintenance program budget as related to materials needed.
- Provides input to management about facility condition and assist engineering personnel with project data.
- Follows all safety and other risk management policies in performing work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those applicants that meet the minimum qualifications, additionally possess:
- Experience with iEMS (Integrated Engineering Maintenance System)
