Job Duties
Under direct supervision assists instructor with providing education, training, and/or testing to students. Prepares instructional and testing materials and maintains order and cleanliness in the learning and testing environment. Monitors and supervises various classroom and testing functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist instructor in maintaining an effective learning and testing environment
- Assist students with meeting and maintaining individual needs
- Completes documentation of testing progress
- Distributes teaching and testing materials
- Keeps records of observations and information about activities
- Operates duplicating machine and other equipment as needed
- Operates technology and testing equipment as needed
- Maintain supplies, materials, and equipment for classroom and testing
- Sanitizes classroom and testing equipment and materials
Comments:
This position will have a flat rate of $20 an hour. No more than 29 hours weekly. This position will be working in the Southwest Region, which spans from Valdosta to Bainbridge, and from Columbus to Perry. The candidate that is hired will be expected to obtain GED test administrator certification so they can administer the GED test to our students in correctional facilities.
