Under general supervision, the Software Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of our software applications and web platforms. This position involves developing comprehensive test plans, creating and maintaining reusable test cases, and conducting manual, automated, and exploratory testing.

Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments.

Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments.

Coordinates the integrated systems integrity, provides the coordination, communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support and user training. 

Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis and project planning and management. Advises management on the technical feasibility and critical factors in the adaptation of automated systems to the service delivery. 

Analyzes and recommends application and system improvements. 

 Analyzes science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems to determine feasibility and cost effectiveness of technology solutions. 

 Evaluates of new technologies or solutions to improve service and efficiency of systems.
