Under broad supervision, the Agent Training and Development Specialist is responsible for assessing, planning and coordinating training sessions.

Performs end-to-end learning and development. 

Evaluate training and learning outcomes in relation to functional and/or technical training activities. 

As a team member or individually, participates in the development of conferences, instructive seminars, presentations and speeches for community and civic organizations and the general public.

Identify training needs, providing guidance and training to customers or less experienced staff. 

Produce videos, pictures, and photographs for use in support of training, marketing, and presentations. 

Serve as a resource in the development and implementation of outreach communication. 

Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Perform other duties assigned.

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Training & Dev Spec 2 (GSP121).
