Training Specialist (Hybrid)- Training & Development Dept. - Lawrenceville, GA.
As a member of the Training and Professional Development Department and under the direct supervision of the Manager, this position will serve as the trainer to support professional development and learning activities. Training Specialist will be responsible for the facilitation, co-facilitation, preparation/review/revision of materials for various trainings and projects and will work in close collaboration with Human Resources/Talent Management, Health Informatics and other View Point Health departments/teams to determine training needs.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED AND Two (2) years of experience providing educational, training, or instructional services in functional area; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Training & Development /spec 1 (GSP120).
