Unger general supervision, the Enterprise Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining Business Requirements and ensuring relationships with the private-sector partners—web-brokers and health insurance carriers—that integrate with the Georgia Access Eligibility & Enrollment System to provide a seamless consumer health insurance shopping experience.
Assist partners during the technical implementation of the program for Open Enrollment.
Track partner technical requirements, testing and coordinate with the Georgia Access Eligibility and Enrollment System vendor to resolve defects.
Support escalated issues on the post-enrollment technical insurance carrier processes (e.g., 834 files, termination issues, payment issues, and reconciliation).
In collaboration with supporting vendors and partners, design and operate reconciliation processes to ensure correct functioning of information exchanges and alignment of information across a complex value chain.
Provide ongoing partner oversight, including quarterly audits and annual reviews (third-party privacy and security audits, document review, etc.) for compliance.
Coordinate with the Eligibility and Policy Team to communicate updated policies and business requirements to all partners
Review and approve application change requests and timelines from partners.
Update and maintain partner materials (e.g., application and user interface (UI) guide); provide to the partners once reviewed by the Partner Integration Manager.
Meet regularly with the Partner Integration Manager to discuss partner statuses, issues, policy, and technical changes and needs.
Performs other duties assigned.
