Facility Maintenance Worker - GGTC Billeting Ft. Stewart
This position will be located at the Georgia National Guard Land Dominance Center - GGTC Billeting, located on Ft. Stewart.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Performs routine maintenance on buildings, facilities and grounds.
- Cleans and maintains assigned areas.
- Performs routine repairs, preventative maintenance and inspection of the facilities or buildings.
- Performs routine carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Operates hand tools and power cleaning equipment.
- Moves furniture.
- Assists housekeepers with laundry duties.
- Monitors condition of facilities.
- Maintains grounds, parking, and storage areas.
- Maintains and stocks equipment and supplies as needed.
