Clayton Center proudly provides outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. We promote overall health and quality of life for individuals, youth and families through evidenced-based therapies and medication management to reduce the impact of mental illness, behavior challenges, and substance use.
Community Support Individual (CSI) is a service provided to youth who have behavioral health related diagnoses to promote stability and build towards age-appropriate functioning in their daily environments (home, school, social). The CSI worker meets with youth, family, and school staff to identify needs, provide linkage and community support.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of job-related experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting or one (1) year of experience at the lower-level Client Service Worker 1 (SSS010) or position equivalent.
