Under broad supervision, performs complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, or operational data analysis and reporting in support of management decision making in functional area.
Assists in managing daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
Maintains accurate records, update databases, and prepare reports as required.
Assists in the planning and execution of internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
Acts as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
May draft, format, and distribute internal and external documents, such as reports, presentations, and memos.
Organizes and coordinates meetings, including preparing agendas and scheduling meeting rooms.
Ensures the availability of office supplies by ordering and maintaining inventory as needed.
Serves as liaison between HR and Budget.
Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
Provides excellent support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identifies and suggests improvements to administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
