Admin Support/Program Assistant - Savannah, GA

GRHS is seeking candidates for the position of Admin Support 2 / Leave Keeper - Forensic Unit #4 - Day Shift (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT, STATE LAW REQUIRES A NATIONAL AND STATE BACKGROUND CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT. 

This position’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage staff timecards and the Kronos timekeeping system for all Department staff.
• Maintain Agency staff time sheets and fax them weekly to the Agency and GRHS Nursing Administration.
• Maintain personnel and competency files as well as the unit staff Training Roster spreadsheet to ensure Department employees remain current on all training requirements.
• Order supplies and maintain reports as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the unit manager and Nurse Manager.                                    

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:  Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or all the following skills/experience:

• Two years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent Time-Keeping skills
• Proficient in Excel Spread Sheet, including creating the spread sheet and using formulas
