Under general supervision, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the Georgia Access Eligibility and Enrollment System, the Georgia Access State Consumer Portal, the Georgia Access Agent Portal, and the Georgia Access website (referred to collectively as the “Georgia Access technical systems”), function correctly for all user groups.
Learn the key functional and technical aspects of the Georgia Access technical systems.
Review, approve, and be able to present User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
Monitor the performance of and support UAT process in coordination with the Georgia Access technical vendors and the Eligibility and Policy Team.
Track the testing of the Georgia Access technical systems to confirm a successful acceptance by the business owners and go-live deployment.
Participate in weekly maintenance and operations triage discussions to review all open Georgia Access technical system defects, confirm defect severity, and prioritize defects for fixes and testing.
Assist with the technical implementation and testing of the program for go-live for Open Enrollment as needed.
Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
Coordinate with Release Management team in defining/managing the Georgia Access technical systems change management process, release schedule, and implementation roadmap in coordination with the Technical Project Manager and Georgia Access technical systems vendors.
Support technical implementation of the program for Open Enrollment (OE) go-live and ongoing; ensure program milestones and launch dates are met.
Contribute technical and testing expertise to program planning and development.
Facilitate release planning meetings with key stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of release packages, issues or risks, and mitigation strategies.
Performs other duties assigned.
