Bachelor's degree in agricultural, chemical, civil, environmental, or civil-sanitary or mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience in professional environmental or sanitary engineering work; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Environmental Engineer 3 (ETP022) or equivalent position.
