At McIntosh Trail Community Service Board, we offer individuals experiencing symptoms associated with mental illness, addictive disease and/or developmental disability the hope for optimal functioning and recovery by providing quality behavioral health services and supports.

Responsibilities

·        Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/mobile devices.

·        Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        2-4 years of related experience in system administration or IT support roles.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.

·        Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, virtual local area networks, and firewall configurations.

·        Experience managing endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management solutions.

·        Ability to troubleshoot across systems, including servers, applications, and network connectivity, with minimal supervision.
