Under supervision of the CYSN District Director provides coordination and supervision of the CMS Program. This may but is not limited to include human and program resource management, budget oversight, program oversight and management of a personal caseload. This position works to promote and protect the health and safety of the residents of Cobb and Douglas Counties.
Essential Functions (include, but are not limited to):
· Plans, develops and evaluates CMS services to ensure conformance with the standards, policies, guidelines, goals and objectives of Federal, state and local overseeing agencies.
· Creates and maintains a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation.
· Manages human resource and employee relations functions.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of nursing experience and completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification; or two (2) years of experience at the lower-level PH Registered Nurse 3 (HCP192) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: : BSN and experience in public health, management, budgets, case management and chronic medical conditions. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with case management, children and adolescents with chronic medical conditions and special healthcare needs.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands: General office environment, home visits and community settings.
Salary Information: $76,218.42 Annually | Pay grade N
