Position Summary:

 

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social services programs and volunteer initiatives. Under supervision, this role involves conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, developing policy, and administering programs to support community needs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Collect, analyze, and report data on program performance and resources.

·       Conduct research to support program design and policy development.

·       Assess community needs and coordinate the delivery of services to avoid duplication.

·       Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.

·       Evaluate pilot projects and recommend program improvements based on findings.

·       Identify, plan, and utilize local resources to enhance service delivery.

·       Monitor compliance and program effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed.

·       Provide technical assistance, training, and policy interpretation to service providers.

·       Oversee programmatic and financial activities, ensuring accountability and alignment with goals.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university; one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Practical Instructor 1 (EDT010) or position equivalent 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional relevant experience or training in volunteer coordination or social services program management.
