RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform a wide variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Director and Director of the Hyundai Mobility Training Center of Georgia.
• Maintain positive, professional presence with co-workers and customers in a fast-paced and complex training environment.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling of training rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas to ensure optimal utilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners requesting space for training sessions, meetings, or events.
• Maintain and update the center’s scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and avoiding conflicts.
• Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, travel and calendar management.
• Greet trainees, guests, and dignitaries, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Assist with check-in procedures and direct visitors to appropriate locations within the facility.
• Collaborate with training staff and facility operations to ensure rooms are properly set up and equipped.
• Support event logistics, including signage, refreshments, and materials distribution.
• Handle sensitive client and internal data with strict confidentiality.
• Prepare memos, reports, correspondence, and departmental documents.
• Facilitate the purchasing process for facility supplies and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent **and** 2 years of experience performing advanced level administrative support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and strong oral communication skills are essential.
• A strong professional presence, customer service and team orientation are required.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Candidate must be able to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support in a professional office or training center.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
