The Georgia Department of Revenue is seeking a Quality Assurance & Project Specialist 2 to support employee training and development within the Motor Vehicle Division. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver engaging training programs that support both new hires and current staff.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with onboarding and employee training (virtual and in-person)
- Develop and update training materials, courses, and assessments
- Use data and feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members on training initiatives
- Maintain training records and materials
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university and 2 years of related experience
OR - 1 year of experience as a Business Support Analyst 1-GSP130
(Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with training, onboarding, or employee development
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-learning or video tools (e.g., Camtasia, Animaker)
- Project management or instructional design experience
Salary & Pay Grade: Up to $48,048; Pay Grade K
This position is based at the Department of Revenue's South Meadow Regional Office, located at 4125 Welcome All Rd, Atlanta, GA 30349. Varying telework opportunities are contingent upon demonstrated proficiency after training and are subject to change based on DOR policies and ability to meet performance expectations.
