Under supervision, the Property and Casualty Complaints Analyst is responsible for assisting in the intake, investigation, analysis, and resolution of complaints related to property and casualty products.

Review, document, and track consumer complaints related to property and casualty insurance products.

Analyze complaint details to identify issues, trends, or potential compliance risks.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather information necessary for investigation and resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date complaint records in company databases.

Ensure inquiries are acknowledged and resolved within required timeframes.

Support the monitoring and reporting of trends for process improvement.

Stay updated on applicable life and health insurance regulations and departmental procedures.

May assist with audits, regulatory filings, and other compliance-related tasks as needed.

Perform other duties as needed.

Associate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of job-related experience; or three (3) years of job-related experience.
