Pay Grade: TPW
Workplace: Hybrid- 1 day per week required in office
Travel: some, roughly 5-10% around the state
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of the DUI Intervention Program (DUIIP), the Program Regulatory Consultant (part-time, working 25-30 hours per week) will handle duties that include, but are not limited to:
1. reviewing clinical evaluations/alcohol and drug assessments
2. conduct training for DUI providers and entities such as Accountability Courts, etc.
3. investigate complaints
4. conduct provider field audits to
a. ensure providers are following DUIIP procedures
b. provide technical assistance
c. investigate client complaints
5. interface with DDS and local field offices
6. respond to questions and inquiries from the public and other state agencies
7. develop and update DUI Intervention Program documentation
8. assist with the development of a clinical and technical training plan to meet the needs of DUIIP providers
9. be present in the office one to two times per week; at this time, tele-commuting allowed all other work days unless modified by upper-management.
10.Assist with questions, review and vetting of DUIIP new provider applicants and applications.
