Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of general clerical and administrative support/HR functions and processes in support of a unit or office and related personnel.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance of KRONOS timekeeping entries & corrections

  • Maintain Personnel Shadow Files

  • Maintain Medical Personnel files

  • Maintain Audit Checklist

  • Distribute, collect, and file annual training document on all Personnel

  • Act as back-up Receptionist

  • Assist HR Tech as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of general office or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to use office equipment

  • Answer and direct phone calls
