Min Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, AND Two years of payroll, clerical, or related experience.

 Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2 years of Payroll or Accounts Payable experience
2. 2 years of Reconciliation experience
3. 2 years’ experience Excel

Comments: This position primarily focuses on pension reporting and employee voluntary deductions. Tasks include but are not limited to: ERS & TRS with emphasis on reconciliation, payment remittals, adjustments, historical payroll research, reporting and other adjustments as determined. Voluntary deduction tasks focus on reconciliation, research and payment remittals. Support third-party requests and employee inquiries with a high degree of sensitivity, confidentiality, and strong customer service skills.  Assists Payroll department team members as needed. Additional duties/projects as assigned.

Notes: This position is in Forsyth, GA which is in Monroe County, just north of Macon. 

This position will be filled at the Payroll Tech 2 level.
