POSITION: PART-TIME EVENING LIBRARY ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO: Director of Library Services
Under general supervision, provides circulation services for all library materials at Lanier Technical College. Assists students and faculty with use of the library and accessing electronic media. Assists in document preparation, copying and filing. Performs administrative/clerical duties and production functions. Assists Supervisor with all duties. Monitors the use of and maintains supplies for library.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Performs closing responsibilities including but not limited to; ensuring library is empty at closing, gate count is taken, and doors are properly secure;
Monitors the use of and maintains supplies for library;
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous library experience.
