Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of job-related experience in a human services delivery setting, including one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or seven (7) years of direct case management job-related experience working with offenders and their families in a human services delivery setting including one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Juv. Probation/Parole Spec 3 (SSP132) or position equivalent.
Must possess and maintain State of Georgia P.O.S.T. certification within the first (6) months of employment.
