The Georgia Department of Defense is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Coordinator to work at the 116th at Robins AFB in Warner Robins.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Prepares a shop weekly work schedule for craftsmen;
- Updates equipment items in Integrated Engineering Maintenance System (iEMS);
- Schedules and updated preventative maintenance items;
- Processes customer service requests and develops maintenance work orders;
- Acts as the system administrator for iEMS;
- Assists users with any problems may experience using iEMS
- Maintains the facility manager's iEMS documents and processes new users.
- Other duties as assigned
Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications have:
- Basic knowledge of iEMS, including Basic Beginners Course or Systems Administrator Course.
- Understanding of work priorities, types of work orders, and scheduling of work against available man hours and preventative maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of material requisitions, funding codes, and procurement.
