The HRSA Grant Coordinator provides essential support for the LPN/Paramedic-to-RN Bridge Program operating in Butts and Jasper counties. This position assists with coordinating externship placements, and collaborates with the Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Grants in managing grant-related data, and supporting compliance with all HRSA requirements. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison among students, faculty, clinical partners, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for reporting and audits, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and ensuring timely communication and follow-through on grant activities. This role works closely with the Program Director to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and sustainability of the grant-funded program.
