Summary:

Under supervision, provides multiple human resources services in support of an organization. Responsible for daily transactions, recruitment, benefits, training and other human resource functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Recruit daily for all vacant positions. Collaborate with managers to make sure that HR is recruiting for the appropriate vacancies. Keep up with all vacancies and update job bulletin board as needed.

·         Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and networking events to enhance recruitment efforts.

·         Screening and assessing the applicants resumes to ensure they are meeting the minimum and preferred qualifications based on the hiring managers need for the department.

·         Checking all licensed staff against the secretary of state website to ensure credentialed information is valid prior to sending applicants to hiring manager. Assist HR Technician to make sure that credentialing is completed on all credentialed staff.

·         Assist with HR processing to ensure that new staff submits all documents timely. Assist HR Manager with projects and assignments that come up within the department.

·         Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

·         Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
