The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking full time Housekeeper 2 to maintain sanitation and cleanliness for our jail based competency restoration program which will be based onsite in Dodge County, Georgia.
Performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation, and cleanliness in facilities.
Maintains supplies as needed. Operates hand tools and power cleaning equipment.
Observes required safety precautions in disposing of contaminated refuse. Maintains and stocks equipment and supplies as needed.
Ensures laundry, housekeeping and floor equipment is in good working condition. Collects, sorts, launders, transports and distributes linens and uniforms.
Cleans and straightens assigned areas
One or more years working in housekeeping
Experience working as a LEAD or Supervisor
