Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of professional-level experience in emergency management, financial management (grants, contracting, claims management, budgeting), training/education, homeland security, public information/affairs, program/project management, environmental analysis/planning, civil/structural engineering, legislative affairs, and/or urban planning; or three (3) years of experience required at the lower level Field Coordinator 2 (PSP231).
Note: Additional qualifying full-time work in emergency management may be substituted, year for year, for the education requirement."
