Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level General Trades Tech 2 (FET031) for position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years maintenance experience with commercial HVAC knowledge in an industrial, institutional, or correctional environment.
Comments/ Notes;
- This position is assigned to the Southeast Regional Maintenance Team.
- The selected candidate must live or be willing to relocate to the Southeast Region.
- Emergency response may be required after hours or on weekends.
