Food Service - Ground Transportation Worker

Under direct supervision food service transportation will transport food to the units for individuals in a box truck, no CDL required.  This position will gather and fill beverage orders per individuals’ dietary needs, unit requests, and special functions. 

• Assist in the wrapping and service of individuals daily food tickets

•  Gathering of beverages per individuals’ meal tickets

•  Loading and unloading trucks

•  Performing routine vehicle inspections for proper safe operating conditions, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights. 

•  Keeping the vehicle clean

•  Ensuring all delivery paperwork is signed accordingly.

•  Assisting is cleaning dishes, sweeping and mopping floor, taking out garbage

•  Occasionally putting away stock

•  Any other duties as assigned
