High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of transportation job-related experience, which includes two (2) years in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role; or Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of transportation job-related experience which includes two (2) years in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role; or Three (3) years of experience at the lower level Fleet Ops Spec 4 (TRP032) or equivalent position.
