Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of maintenance experience to include reading blueprints. - Two years of experience in managing large scale maintenance operation at a hospital, university, correctional, or industrial setting. - Two years previous supervision experience. - Two years experience and/or knowledge of GDC security practices. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Comments/ Notes: - This position functions as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor in the Southeast Region. - The selected candidate will typically serve in the southern half of the Southeast Region territory. - Residency location may be considered when selecting a candidate. - Facility maintenance is a 24/7 operation and emergency response may be required after hours or on weekends.
