Educational Aide- Web Design
This job is a part time, non-benefited position in the Computer Science Division that reports to the Program Director – Web Design
Salary – $15.60 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code H1001):
Highs School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Some technical college courses preferred (CIST 1001, CIST 1510, CIST 1530). Excellent customer service and communication skills required and should be able to troubleshoot operating system , hardware, software, Microsoft Office 2013/2016 applications, cd/DVD burning, and printer issues. Ability to be flexible in working conditions, schedules, and be able to lift 15 to 30 lbs. Open to training and skills development. We also require the following skills: attention to detail, ability to multitask, stay on top of deadlines, fast learner, training skills, reporting/documenting capabilities, and excellent people skills.
Experience/ certification or pursuing certification in Web design/ Development, Game Design/Development, Microsoft Office 2013/2016, Web, Browsers, and any other computer certification is a plus. Preference will be given to applicants who are current students at

Under general supervision, assists the student computer user at Gwinnett Technical College.
