CRM Specialist

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time CRM Support Specialist position in the Office of Information Technology and Data Resources. Reporting to the CRM Technical Education Administration Manager, this position will serve to support the lifecycle configuration strategy for maintaining institutional CRM orgs. *This position is open to TCSG Employees only*
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow present guidelines for CRM configurations for designated colleges
· Responsible for CRM system maintenance, including user creation, updates, report creation, dashboard management, workflow management, and security
· Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience and student portals
· Support integration requirements and complete configuration work by a predetermined deadline
· Work with IT and Salesforce.com and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the CRM platform
· Report necessary updates to integrations or configurations for designated colleges
· Schedule training and work sessions with relevant staff to complete or update tasks
· Participate in functionality testing leading into and after product upgrades or enhancements
· Adhere to training schedule set forth by management to remain aware of product updates
· Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field OR A combination of technical certificates *and* Three (3) years of experience in web design and development
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience working in Salesforce, TargetX of alternative Customer Relationship Management System
- Familiarity with the technical college environment.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to support a 360 staff CRM experience
• Superior prioritization, time management, communication and organizational skills
• Solid technology know-how, including the ability to quickly familiarize with new products
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and communicate barriers to progress
