Under general supervision of the Director of Consumer Services Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Directs personnel in the performance of audits and analysis of practices in insurance, the Life and Health Supervisor trains new Analysts and provides assistance with complex cases.

 Assists with screening and monitoring cases in the absence of an Analyst or on an as-needed basis.

 Provides assistance to Intake Specialists regarding Life and Health and Provider-related inquiries.

 Audits closed life and health and provider cases reviewed by Analysts for quality assurance and internal control.

 Researches, develops, and provides industry-related information to Analysts.

 Evaluates and completes performance reviews for Life and Health Analysts.

 Other Duties as assigned.
