JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handles personnel, operational and administrative support services
• Responsible for paying and tracking invoices
• Responsible for creating and monitoring purchase orders
• Responsible for processing Vendor Management forms for the Division.
• Maintains equipment inventory using Excel. Serves as primary contact for IT issues and concerns in Women, Children & nursing Services Division, program related to laptops assigned to WCNS staff daily
• Responsible for ordering Supplies for the Women, Children & Nursing Services Division.
• Assist and provide administrative support services to State office personnel and Division Staff.
• Coordinates compliance with rules, regulations and guidelines
• Assist Division staff with travel in Concur
• Assist with assigned special projects
• Assist Division programs with outside vendors, DPH Finance office and Accounts Payable and Receivables.
