Associate Clinical Director

Performs at a senior level of leadership, involving delivery of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services. The ideal candidate will be CPCS certified or able to receive certification in the next 90 days. The candidate must be a licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW for at least 4 years. Other credentials that are a plus include MAC or NCACI/II. Experience with EMR Carelogic is a PLUS. Experience and/or understanding of the Community Service Board delivery model is preferred. Knowledge of clinical pathways, treatment planning models, and recovery programs is highly desirable. Candidate must have some knowledge of the budget planning and programmatic profits and losses process. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of behavioral health operations and how to train and navigate staff productivity in conjunction with overall exceptional clinical care.
