Under supervision, the Assister Program Analyst assists in the planning, coordination, organization and assessment of the development and implementation of a functional program including program evaluation, and program management.
Supports the Assister Program Manager in the establishment of Navigator and Certified Application Counselor (CAC) program requirements and goals, including the application and selection processes.
Develops content and communications for assister engagement.
Maintains Navigator Grantee Organization relationships by providing ongoing support, to include responding to escalated inquiries.
Monitors Navigator Grantee Organizations and Navigators progress and performance, to include development of monthly reports.
Monitors and tracks Certified Application Counselor (CAC) and Certified Application Counselor Designated Organization's (CDO) performance and ensures compliance with division policy.
Develops and update Certified Application Counselor (CAC) onboarding materials.
Ensures training coursework and exams are updated to reflect changes in federal or state health insurance standards.
Participates in organizing and structuring program evaluations.
Performs other duties assigned.
