RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under general supervision, assists in preparing lesson plans for classroom instruction and obtains or prepares instructional materials for classroom use in a GA State Funded Pre-K Program
- Requests and maintains assigned classroom supplies, materials and equipment.
- May assist children with meeting and maintaining physical needs.
- Assists with meal preparation, feeding children and play activities
- May operate a motor vehicle to transport children on field trips and other activities
- Provides appropriate information to and/or participates in team conferences
- Attends internal and external educational programs and professional meetings
Minimum qualifications for this position will be determined by the teaching discipline and compliance with appropriate accrediting bodies. Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the course assigned.
