Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of directly job-related experience in a criminal justice or correctional system, two (2) years of which with management experience; or four (4) years of supervisory custodial experience in a criminal justice or correctional system, two (2) years of which at a level equivalent to a manager in a law enforcement setting: or four (4) years of directly related experience in a criminal justice or correctional system, eighteen (18) months of which experience is required at the lower level Mgr, Correctional Administration (PSM080) or position equivalent.
