Admin Support 2 - Lamar County Counseling Center - Barnesville, Ga.

Monday - Friday 7:45-5pm

Excellent customer service skills. Greet and help individuals in a busy mental health facility. Input client demographic information into an electronic health record, answer telephones, make appointments, work in word and excel. Also transcribe notes into the electronic health system from Peer Support. Clerical duties of filing, working with doctors, nurses, clinicians and office manager. Must have good work ethics, on time and organization skills.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record 
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
