What will you do?
As an Admin Assistant 2, you will have office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas. Duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.

Core Duties:
· Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding of all ATD employees
· Assists with coordinating and scheduling interviews
· Assists with inventory and equipment management and issuance, including citation books
· Scheduling pre-employment testing such as polygraph and psychological testing
· Researching and compiling statistical reports and other complex reports to reflect Division activities
· Procurement and purchasing related duties such as coordinating and approving expenditures for equipment and uniform purchases, printing, requesting quotes, entering requisitions for purchases, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
· Assisting with functions within the Integrated Tax System such as licensing, open records requests, and technical assistance.
· Scheduling and attending meetings; may represent leadership in various matters
· Coordinating travel planning, hotel reservations and payment, assisting with reimbursement system
· Assists staff in organizing and executing routine activities and special projects.
· Provide excellent customer service to external customers and to internal customers across all divisions

Preferred Criteria:
· Experience working with or providing support to law enforcement personnel
· Experience working with the Integrated Tax System
· Experience working in similar admin assistant roles
*DOR temporary associates must have completed at least 6 consecutive months on the current assignment for consideration.
This is a hybrid position. The Admin Assistant 2 position operates out of the assigned office and have the ability to telework.
The Georgia Department of Revenue also conducts an MVR Check, a criminal background check and State of Georgia tax records check is conducted on all new hires. You are required to have filed a State of Georgia tax return for the past five years.
Position Status & Pay Grade: Unclassified - G
Expected Salary: $39,000.00
