Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of experience in purchasing/contracts or procurement sourcing, which includes three (3) years in a managerial role; or three (3) years of experience at the lower level Mgr 2, Purchasing/Inventory (FEM051) or position equivalent.
