Job Title:  Concur Administrator- Atlanta

Pay Grade: I

Workplace: Hybrid

Travel: less than 5%

Job Summary:

·        Process various invoices for the agency in accordance with state and internal policies.

·        Act as the Vendor Liaison between internal staff and State Accounting Office (SAO) vendor desk to ensure vendor profile information is updated and new vendors are established in accordance with SAO guidelines. Includes reviewing, establishing and updating vendor information via Supplier Change Request forms.

·        Review and approve employee travel reports within Concur according to policy guidelines.

·        Provide support to all employees on issues related to hotel stays or car rentals.

·        Train staff on creating, editing and correcting Concur Expense reports via Teams and phone

·        Train Staff on new VMF process and rules via Teams and phone

·        Generate weekly reports within Concur for all travel-related transactions.

·        Create and submit UNK Fee clean up expense reports for staff no longer with DBHDD

·        Assist with tracking company paid expenses submitted in travel claims.

·        Assist with 1099 processing and updating codes with SAO

·        Respond to calls or emails from internal and external customers.

·        Retrieve backup documentation for auditors as requested.

·        Perform other related duties based on departmental needs.

  • Annual Influenza*

 

*Limited exemptions may be made for documented medical contraindications or religious beliefs that object to vaccinations.

High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related accounting or fiscal experience; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Accounting Technician 2 (FIT021) or position equivalent.
