 Under limited supervision, the Application Data Specialist analyzes is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining critical application data   across various systems.  

 Develops and maintain documentation related to data processes, standards, and workflows.

 Coordinates and links the computer and telecommunications systems within an organization to increase interoperability.

 Develops and maintains test standards relevant to the development life cycle and change management processes and ensures staff meets those   standards.

 Analyzes, cleans, and transform data to support business operations and reporting requirements.

 Directs and develops, communicates and monitors quality assurance and testing project work plans and schedules for the application software   development.

Expands or modifies systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

Integrates hardware, software applications, and network communications to develop optimal solutions for business requirements. 

Performs other duties assigned.

High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of related experience; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Systems Analyst 3 (ITP022) or position equivalent. Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
