Food Service Worker - Part Time positions - ADC Garden City

**This announcement may be used to fill all current or future part-time Food Service Worker openings at the Air Dominance Center in Garden City.**

 

The Air Dominance Center (ADC) provides Combat Readiness Training to deploying military personnel from all over the world.  As Georgia's Air National Guard's largest training center, the ADC operates 18 lodging facilities, a military dining facility and multiple conference centers with classrooms.  The Food Service Worker works with a team to provide cafeteria style meals on a daily basis to military personnel three times a day.

 

Additional Duties may include:

 

  • Positively interacting with customers
  • Cleaning equipment and work areas
  • Use progressive cooking methods
  • Comply with environmental health requirements to prevent foodborne illness.

 
Selected applicant is required to possess a current valid driver's license.

 


Additional Information: Selected applicant must meet the following standards:

 

  1.  Must pass a pre-employment background check (which includes criminal records check, driver's history, and verification of work history) and a post-hire federal background investigation.
  2. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and will be placed in the pool for the State Random Drug Testing Program.
  3. Eligible to work in the U.S.
  4. Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
